I enjoyed listening to it and it wasn't too short or drastically long.

Would it be possible to have the file able to download as well as stream from the site? Sometime I just don't have the time while I am at the computer to sit down and listen through a podcast, but with a download I can load it to my MP3 player and play it on the go :)

Right click the link then save the file to your comuter..

Viola! You have the file to do with what you want!! I will post this on line as well so everyone knows how to do this.
