I am currently assigned to a joint unit where there is no JEA. but there are a handful of navy junior enlisted here who i think might want to take advantage of the opertunitys a JEA could provide. so basically my question is does anyone know of a Instruction that provides guidance on how a JEA should be coducted and or regulated. i want to have a plan, by-laws and be knowledgable before i submit this to my chain.
