Blackberry Curve????

I need some assistance.  I have AT&T as a Phone provider, and am going to buy my wife the Blackberry Bold when it is released.

For Fathers day though, AT&T is selling the Curve for $99.00.  I am trying to get feedback from folks who might have this, what do they think?  Should I wait for the Bold myself?  Karen needs something like the Bold due to her job, Med info etc..
