I had to laugh today as one of COMNAVWIFECOM’s patients she treats who is a curmudgeon, made this statement about her neighbor.  It seems she is a Debbie Downer.  I have also heard this from one of my friends on Facebook.

If you have followed me throughout the years here on Corpsman.com, you know I love the holiday season.  Absolutely LOVE it more then any other time of the year.  I’m a bit sad this year though as we lost about 3/4 of our Christmas decorations due to a snowglobe that had busted in the middle of our decorations box and actually leaked in 3 others in our storage compartment, then Froze.  We didn’t know about it till last year, when i went and retrieved them and opened the boxes to find moldy, mildewed decorations.  Some of which we have had before we had our kids and as they were growing.

I bring this up as we are opening up our decorations, before the bird is even cooked, and it still feels good.

Yeah I’m rambling, who cares, it’s Saturday Night and I have a glass of wine.

What is your favorite Holiday Decoration?  We have to get some new ones and are trying to come up with some ideas.  We have a huge house now and are trying to fill it with holiday cheer.
